Michael C Richardson was a dedicated fire chief who took pride in education. Through his efforts, the St. Louis Fire Department thrived. As devoted Deacon of his church and a member of the education committee, he always put focus on the youth. Michael believed that education is the building block to excellence. This scholarship foundation is dedicated to keeping his vision alive.
