Battalion Chief Deacon Michael C. Richardson
Michael C Richardson was a dedicated fire chief who took pride in education. Through his efforts, the St. Louis Fire Department thrived. As a devoted Deacon of his church, and a member of the education committee, he always put focus on inspiring the youth. Michael believed that education is the building block to excellence, and being a leader in the community, is a core life purpose. This scholarship foundation is dedicated to keeping his vision alive.
